Effective [effective date]
What we text
Sign-in codes, only when you ask for one in the driver app.
Your shift the night before, with a request to confirm it in the app.
Requests from your dispatcher to work an extra shift.
Confirmations when you report that you can't make a shift or that something is wrong with your van.
Heads-ups when dispatch may ask you to help on a route.
No ads and no marketing.
How you opt in
The first time you open the DSP ONE driver app and sign in with your phone number, the app asks “Can we text you?”. Choosing “Yes, text me” opts you in; “Not now” means we don’t send work texts. You can change your choice later in the app.
Sign-in codes are sent only when you ask for one, whatever you chose.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies with your schedule.
Message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. You’ll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to get them again.
Reply HELP for help, or contact [support email address] or [support phone number].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number stays private
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
