Know what
to do next.

Your team already has Cortex, a scheduling app and a dozen spreadsheets. DSP ONE reads them and puts the next decision in front of the person who makes it: who to call in tonight, how to fix a route at launch, who to send on a rescue.

Works on top of the tools you have. We never ask for your Amazon login.

Ten tools. The decision is still in someone's head.

Cortex shows the routes and the progress bars. The scheduling app shows who's on. WhatsApp has the call-outs. Each shows part of the day, so the dispatcher stitches it together from memory, every morning.

DSP ONE reads them all and turns them into three decisions a day, made in time and written down.

Drivers tell you in their own language.

The night before, every driver gets a plain text with tomorrow’s shift. One tap confirms. No app store, no password.

Notice is a fact, not a judgment.

A call-out records how much notice was given. A sick, family or safety reason is seen only by HR.

It lands on the board before you do.

The opener sees the gap at 5:44 and covers it with the standby already in the plan.

The launch decision · how to fix it

Every route ready at wave.

Four slots per route: a driver who showed up, a van that can go, a complete bag, a route in Amazon's latest list. They fill in as the morning does. Problems show in words, with the fix one tap away.

The rescue decision · who to send

Cortex shows the late route. We tell you who to send.

Type the return time Cortex shows. DSP ONE picks the helper, how many stops to move and what it costs in overtime. The dispatcher approves, and the decision is on record.

Nothing lost between shifts.

At 2:30 the opener sends a handoff built from open records. The closer accepts it item by item. If nobody accepts it in 30 minutes, the station manager hears about it.

Today is OK. One thing needs you.

An owner who is away sees the whole day in one glance. The one decision that needs them arrives with the reason, the photo and a recommendation, and nobody else can make it for them.

The tonight decision · who to call in

Tomorrow, decided tonight.

Amazon wants 44 routes. 40 drivers are confirmed. Instead of scrolling the schedule for who might come in, DSP ONE ranks everyone else by hours left this week, van types, routes they know and their on-time record. You pick, it texts them, and the YESes go on the roster.

Three decisions. Three ways they pay.

Base route pay leaves a thin margin. What an owner keeps depends on the weekly scorecard and on what the bad mornings cost.

Keep the weekly bonus
The top scorecard tier pays an incentive on every package that week. Late launches and late returns are where it slips.
Protect your route count
Owners tell us a run of weak weeks puts their routes at risk, while van leases and insurance stay the same.
Stop paying for guesses
The wrong call-in or a blind rescue turns into overtime. The right pick costs nothing extra.
Work out your own number

Configured by your own team.

An operations consultant spends an afternoon on site. Your team walks through its real day, decides its own rules and signs them off. Those decisions become your settings, and the rules nobody has decided yet say so everywhere they appear.
